YOU MUST BE 18 years or older to purchase our self defense keychains! Our self defense keychains are not intended for minors. We are not responsible and will not be held accountable for any injuries or damage that may result from our self defense products! Our business days are MONDAY to FRIDAY. When you purchase products from JANAE’S BTQ you are agreeing to our store policies!
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 days. If order is delayed please be patient.
We are not responsible for packages once shipped! USPS is responsible for all shipped packages.
RETURN TO SENDER: If your order gets sent back to us due to you providing an incorrect address, you will need to pay additional shipping costs to reship your order. If you choose to opt out on paying additional shipping costs you will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
IF YOUR ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT, you must file a report with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages but if you’d like our help please email us your order number and a copy of your report.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop.janaesbtq@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 2 days after order is received!
Refunds/Exchanges
ALL SALES FINAL!
We will not accept returns or refunds unless the customer received damaged or incorrect products! Customers must report all order issues within 2 days after order is delivered.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
